I'd also welcome any suggestions for a problem I've having with said printer. When dumping TeX/DVI output (created with dvips from Radical Eye) which *include Postscript bitmaps*, the printer chews on it a while and then outputs nothing. We have an NT hooked to a Sun-3 which happily prints the same dvips output. The only real difference I can find is that the Sun-3 runs the TranScript package, but shouldn't I be able to dump Postscript directly to the LaserWriter without TranScript? Here's my current printcap entry. Any major problems?? lw|ps|Postscript Laser Printer:\ :lp=/dev/ttyb:sd=/usr/spool/lw:sh:lf=/usr/adm/lpd-errs:\ :br#9600:rw:fc#0177777:fs#0000003:xc#0177777:xs#0040040:mx#0:sf:sb: Bob Filer Air Force Institute of Technology rfiler@blackbird.afit.af.mil or rfiler@afit-ab.arpa
