What functions as the Escape key on a Macintosh keyboard?  Is there
any such thing?

I have a 386 running SCO Xenix, and some folks are dialing in from
a Mac using Red Ryder (sp?) communications software (and the vt100
emulation).  They would like to be able to kick into vi from mail,
but can't escape!
