Is there any way on Xenix to set up an anonymous UUCP login?

It seems that the calling machine must be known in the Systems file of
the receiving host even if the connection is a one-way one.

The problem is that a site called us with a generic uucp login/passwd
and was not able to connect.

uustat tells me:

csoftec                   10/12-10:33 BAD LOGIN/MACHINE COMBINATION
