Assuming a 4/110C was ordered, and there's actually a color frame
buffer and monitor attached to the machine, say `/dev/MAKEDEV cgfour'.
Next time you start the server (perhaps after a reboot), the
monochrome side will be unix:0.0 and the color side will be unix:0.1.
Slide the mouse off the left and right sides of the screen to switch.
