This is X11R3, on a Sun Sparcstation 1 running SunOS 4.0.3. 
I was able to compile everything with the Sun C compiler (gcc 1.36
produced many errors, of which I have the log, if anyone is
interested) with CC = cc -O in Sun.macros.

The server seems to be fine. All the clients, except xterm, seem to be
fine. xterm dumps core in _XtLookupTableSym before anything shows up on
the screen. I tried compiling just xterm with gcc, which went fine, but
no difference. Also with -Bstatic, again, no difference.

Has anyone else encountered this? Does anyone have a fix?
