I notice that there are a couple of window attributes that can be set
but not get, for instance XGetWindowAttributes cannot give you the
background_pixel of a window.  

This gives rise to two questions:

a) Is there a way to get the background_pixel of a window?

b) Why doesn't XGetWindowAttributes support it?
