I guess that everybody (except me) got to go to OOPSLA this week!

I have sent mail to both Bryan Boreham and Doug Lea and asked them
when the latest G++ compatible copy of ET++ is to be found and neither
of them have responded yet.  So let me ask all you gnu.g++ readers.
Does anybody know where the G++ version of ET++ is stashed?
