The answer is no where. As far as I know, no one has of yet gotten ET++ to compile under g++ 1.36.0 When this very important event in history happens, I hope everyone on the net finds out. Because ET++ is a REALLY nice product, I have only been able to play with the binaries in the original release, but from what I have seen so far it looks good. Hopefully, soon ...............
