Problem:
	The pre-generated gcc.info-10 file referenced by gcc.info is
	missing from the distribution. This gives the GNU Emacs Info
	command an error.

Workaround:
	emacs -batch gcc.texinfo -f texinfo-format-buffer -f save-buffer

	This generates a consistent set of files: 
		gcc.info and gcc.info-{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8}
