Subject: Help ! we can't get followup to work ....

As new users to 'news' we have difficulty getting 'followup' to work.
The problem is that while 'followup' creates the correct entry locally,
it fails to add an entry to the batchfile for subsequent dispatch.
The only work-around we found is to give priv=all to the news.exe image.
Any help would be much appreciated.
