1) Would someone please point me toward some good FM's to R for administering
bnews 2.11? (I have the Nutshell Handbook and the Installation guide)

2) When making a change to the local configuration (DFLTSUB, for example),
how can I do the minimum possible re-install (i.e. not break a working
installation)?
