The man thinks he is going to have a heart attack, because he is claustraphobic and the bus is overcrowded. ("He thought he was going to die -- but he didn't) The woman thinks she can't make it off the bus in time. ("She thought she couldn't cope...") They walk down the middle of the bus, holding onto the handholds (lines) which hang from the ceiling. (They walk straight down the middle of it ... holding onto all the lines...) -- IBM says: You make the call!
