Regarding the "old cover of *The Kick Inside*"... This is not an old
cover.  It is rather the British cover.  It is the cover that Kate
designed and picked, rather than one that was selected by some
brain-dead record company lacky.  If you have a record or CD with this
cover, it does not mean that you have anything particularly old or
rare -- it means that you have the British import.
