For the reference of all you folks who might not know this, the pinout should be almost the same as the equivalently sized EPROM (with changes for the fact that EPROMS don't normally get written to). So if you can get a spec sheet for a smaller SRAM, plus spec sheets for both of the EPROMS, you should be able to extrapolate. There should also be a standard pinout algorithm (JEDEC). If you can figure out the pattern that's used from one series to the next, you can get the pinout that way.
