Recently on this list, John Corcoran mentioned getting worldwide
stats on AIDS from WHO in Geneva.  Does anyone know what kind of restictions
are placed on circulating this info?  Would it be permissable to put these
numbers in machine-readable form and circulate them that way?  Seems there
have been a number of requests for this info just on this list.

I'll even make the offer to attempt to scan some of it on our new Kurzweil.
Note the word "attempt" in that sentence.  It's not working perfectly yet.

The questions are:

1)  Are people interested?
2)  Does someone have the data?
3)  Is it legal to do this?
