Suggest you look at two books: Renee Sabatier, AIDS AND THE THIRD WORLD, and A;
lan Fleming, et al (eds), THE GLOBAL IMPACT OF AIDS.  Lots of data in both. But
remember foreign data is not as 'hard' as CDC stuff.  Good Luck.
