Does anyone have any information about possible leaks in SRB:s field joints?
Has there been any kind of problems after redesigning these joints?

It left me kind of suspicious after reading the report on Challenger
accident. The list of faults found in these joints was impressing!

I suppose they are now monitored with greater enthusiasm by Norton-Thiokol..
