Isn't there a more efficient way to do this?  First Rajeev asks for a copy,
then a bunch of other people pipe in with their requests for copies.
Meanwhile everyone who has a copy is sending it to Rajeev, so he gets
multiple copies and so does everyone else who posted a request to the net.

Remember, we're comp.arch, if anyone understands process synchronization
and communications networks it should be us.

I would like a copy of this document.  Please Rajeev, if you get one, forward
a copy to me.
