This is incorrect. Only f.ms.uky.edu should be used. It controls the disk
with the ftp file system partition.

The other machines will allow anonymous FTP because they have that file
system NFS mounted, but ftping though them results in slowing the system
down through NFS accesses. Please use "f" only.
