I just got access to <notes>, and I have discovered to my sadness
that the binaries for MicroEmacs 3.10 have fallen off the string
where they apparently once resided (comp.binaries.ibm.pc).  I am
gravely in need of a real program editor for my AT-compatible.

When binaries roll off the end of a string, do they go to some
great Valhalla-for-bits, from whence they may be recalled for
downloading to those of us who have poor timing?
