SIMRAZ12.ARC    Merge/shorten/rearrange SIMTEL indices,w/TPsrc

SIMRAZ12 is a utility for the Info-IBMPC lending library indices.  It
will extract fields, reorder fields, check/change field lengths, merge
SIMIBM.IDX and NODESCR.IDX - all configurable from the command line.
TurboPascal 5.5 source is included.  No restrictions on use and
copying.
