I am posting this to comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d via email to ucbvax.berkeley.edu.
Our email is fine, but we have not been getting any out-of-state
newsgroups since the earthquake.  This means that communications are
still disrupted.

I am certain that postings made to comp.binaries.ibm.pc have a good
chance of getting lost.  So I'm going to wait a few days before
resuming them.
