Forgive me if this has been covered in the past, but I'm trying to find
out what options there are if one wants to link two sites separated by
some miles.  My understanding is that there are several kinds of
dedicated telephone lines, microwave links, CATV cable, satellite links,
and probably others.  If some kind soul would enlighten me as to the
possibilities, or point me to a good reference, I'd be very grateful.
