It appears to be the same system that Michigan Bell is using in Western Michigan. Callers from Touch Tone phones are given directions on which button to press for collect or third party billing, then asked to record their name. The switch then plays the name back to the billed party and asks for confirmation of billing. ken@cup.portal.com
