I need help converting a file I have to .gif I digitized a picture on an hp
  scanjet, and got two files. a .img and a .tif file. I can't seem to find the 
  right convertion method to convert it to .gif so it can work on my dec-  
  station 3100 , using xgif. If anyone can help me me please e-mail me.
