Is there anyone out in the assembler world that has a routine that
converts the TOD clock binary counter (64-bit unsigned binary integer)
to a legible time date stamp.  There are certain fields in certain
control blocks that contain a dispatch time in the TOD clock binary
counter format that we would like to easily convert to a date and time
stamp.  If anyone has such a routine and would care to share it please
send a copy to FEATS@VTVM1.  Thanks in advance.
