I use ditroff to print on an NEC Silentwriter.  Printing in
Courier, Times-Roman or Helvetica is no problem - however the printer
has other fonts (eg Bookman) which ditroff does not know about.

I'd like to be able to use the other fonts - has anyone solved this
problem?  Any assistance will be grealty appreciated.
