Having just purchased minix 1.3 for the IBM PC/AT I can warn you that the
distribution disks are 1.2 Meg 5 1/4" floppies.  My "AT" clone doesn't have
a high density drive, but I was able to use another machine to rectify the
situation.  

So don't order the AT version unless you have access to high density
drives.

( My case is actually worse, since all I had were 3 1/2" drives )
