It is an internet custom that administrative requests for mailing
lists or interest groups should be sent to
	<whatever-name>-request@<someplace>
This prevents the net from being littered with "add/drop me!" messages.

Requests to be added to the info-mach mailing list should be sent to
	info-mach-request@cs.cmu.edu
