I agree with James R. Howard that Sidekick for Presentation Manager is a far
cry from the DOS version.  But knowing Borland, that should change with time.

However, I was a little perturbed that Borland temporarily halted development
of their Turbo C compiler for OS/2 in order to work more on Windows.  At 
least this is what I thought I heard.  Can anyone confirm this?
