I am beginning to see some advertisements in the MacIntosh arena for tape
drives (8mm helical-scan DAT and other types) that claim to store 1 to 3
Gigabytes of data per tape cartridge.  I am considering such a device for a
SUN SPARCstation and would be interested in any experiences or recommen-
dations.  We would mostly be using such a device for backups.  If you
