This (and other ISO documents) should be obtainable from BSI, for a nominal
fee I'm sure.  I also would be surprised if you couldn't get them from
the CAP group in London.

In the US I typically call Omnicom, giving them my Diners Club (or whatever)

Disclaimer:  This is from an old business card from a technical librarian
             there and so the address and/or phone may no longer be
	     correct.  The last time I spoke to anyone at Omnicom
