In the recently concluded INTEROP '89 at San Jose, Mr. Robert Hagens spoke
about the "ARGO" project in operation at University of Wisconsin.

Though I did not attend that session I was told that he briefly talked about
a data base they are creating for the OSI stack, which keeps track of various
OSI addresses and SAPs amongst other information. We, at Excelan are currently
looking at similar applications. I was interested in getting any information,
I could possibly get on this data base's design and features.

I understand that around 10 to 12 people are currently involved with this
project at U of Wisconsin. If anyone of these people can respond to this
mail I would really be very grateful.
