Does there exist any implementations of RFC1001 and RFC1002 (NetBIOS
over UDP)?  In particular, does there exists some sort of library
which could be used to write applications on a UN*X host which used a
NetBIOS interface?

On the same subject, is there a router which would convert NetBIOS on
Broadband or Token-Ring to NetBIOS over UDP?
