Sorry, I got out my packet trace of the 386i SunOS 4.0.1 TCP
connection hang, and it turned out that the case it didn't handle
right was 0x7FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF to 0x8000000000000000.  I haven't
explicitly tested it for the other one (all ones to 0).
