I am able to use SLIP8250 Version 3.1 successfully with NCSA Telnet
Version 2.2TN.  However, I cannot get it to work with PCIP from
Harvard, or the PC/TCP generic kernel version 2.03 or 2.04 from
FTP Software.  When I try to use PCIP, e.g. the PING application, I
get the message:
   Can't access IP packet type.
   Packet driver probably not loaded.

Any ideas?  Thanks.
