Please, no flames if the answer to this has appeared recently.
I'm posting this for a friend (notice the Reply-To: and Organization:)
whose news server has been very flakey and losing megabytes of news for
many weeks.

Does anyone have the TPU "vi" editor program for VMS 5.0, or does anybody
know where it can be ftp'ed from?
