Does anyone know where via UUCP I can get a PD version of make for use
with Microsoft C?  I need it to support a Grad. Students request for a
make facility to compile the DOS version of emacs.  I myself have nothing to do
with DOS, and want to keep it that way.  Is there a dos version of GNU make?
