There is a public domain C compiler out there called PDC which works
pretty well. It comes with a front-end for cc, standard libraries and
an A68K assemble/debugger. The only thing missing is the Amiga-specific 
libraries, which, are (c) CBM of course and can be had from CBM(accoding to 
the dox that came with PDC) for about $20.
