I suggest you check out the F/A18 interceptor.  It was written in
assembly by someone with a background in simulators, and a lot of
knowledge of the Amiga.  When he demo'd it at a FAUG meeting, he said
that it had been checked out by friends who were military pilots.  
You can easily spend a lot of minutes learning how to fly.
