I think it is made by Wico, but offhand I don't guarantee it. It costs under $50 (I got it as a cheap alternative to a mouse), has two buttons and works great! I prefer it to the mouse because (as mentioned in the original posting) if you have a crowded desktop, it takes almost no space.
