It took a while but I finaly got an answer to my question about 
expansion chasis with buffered busses. Bills Boards is still in
business and can be reached at (619) 486-0920 (or so Bill tells
me, I havn't tried yet). So far Bills board is the only buffered
bus with more than 2 slots that I have any info on.
