You have three windows. Window 1 is small. Windows 2 and 3 are full screen. You want to leave Window 1 open but you are working mostly from 2 and 3. You want to toggle between 2 and 3 frequently. Right now the windows are stacked (front to back) 2, 1, 3. Presently, you push 2 to the back, then move the mouse and pop 3 to the front.
