Go ahead and give them a call though.  I did and found that they were still
selling what they had in stock.  I ordered Orca, Orca/C, and that new
programmer doc pack for the GS.  Saved about 50% from list price.

Sure wish I could find some other company selling the doc at the prices
CALL-Apple was!
