Sorry if this has already been discussed here, but is there any documentation
describing the differences between 4.0 and 5.0 (from a programmer's 
perspective)?  I have the Beta GS/OS Reference Manual, which is based on 4.0,
and I would like to get the equivalent for 5.0.
