And yes, it is bad that everybody can't use it. I'm not saying it shouldn't take advantage of the ample memory available in a GS. Hell, I have 448K RAM and an 800K Unidisk in my Laser 128ex, and I love to use the RAMdisks. But the program will NEVER, EVER, EVER replace Proterm unless it has a greater market appeal. >What about those of us that are tired of generic >comm. programs? I agree that Proterm's buffering setup stinks, but just for a program to be able to access your 2.5 megs doesn't mean it can't run in less, an excellent example is Copy II plus.
