Not too much structural damage here.  The building are either well made or
have been reinforced recently (with the possibly exception of Moffit Undergrad
library, which is due for reinforcement... or should I say overdue?)

I *live* in an 8-story building... I wish I'd been in it when the quake hit;
that would have been interesting.

Probably a combination of both.  I keep feeling things too, even when the
