System 5.0 is *very* tight for memory space in the Finder...there's not a lot
you can do other than remove CDAs and NDAs, remove any drivers you don't need,
and [if you have no other choice] sacrifice a fair amount of loading speed by
removing ExpressLoad from your System folder, to gain back a little RAM.

The 511K is just rounding.
