Where can I get an ICD kit?  I've looked through the mail order ads in 
various computer magazines and don't see any ads for either the ICD or 
BMS host adapter.  Does anybody have the addresses for ICD or BMS, or perhaps
know of a good store in the bay area that carries their kits?
