Apparently, the Turbo16 (FAST by Jim Allen) board will speed up Spectre by a very noticeable amount. It will allow you to play sound at the same speed as the macs! My info is from Mark Booth, sysop for the GEnie Gadgets by Small RT. I'm pretty sure he said it is just a hair slower with Turbo16 than the equivalent macintosh 16MHz board. Don't know about the other 16MHz boards. -- Paul Close paul@cacilj.CTS.COM ...!{uunet, ucsd, crash}!cacilj!paul The Obi-wan Kenobi method: "Use the Source, Luke" -Jim Fulton
